EASTERN CAPE SAFETY STRATEGY 2016-2020



Safety is a core human right and a necessary condition for human development, improving quality of life and enhancing productivity. The Provincial Safety Strategy (PSS) of the Eastern Cape outlines the provincial government’s commitment to contributing to Vision 2030 as outlined in the National Development Plan relating to “Building Safer Communities” which calls upon all of us to work together to ensure that “All People in South Africa are and feel safe”.
